When you purchase a device directly from Molekule, we will send you an email after your device ships with instructions on how to set up your Molekule account using the email address used at purchase.
How do I log into my account?
If you haven’t created an account yet, you can create one here with the email address you used to purchase your Molekule device.
Note: The My Molekule Account is not yet available for Canadian customers. We will notify you in the when it becomes available.
I don’t remember the email address used to create My Account. How can I change it?
Your account is created with the email address you used to purchase the device directly from Molekule. If you can’t find that email address, then please contact Customer Service and we can help.
After logging into your account, you can change your email address in the Profile section of your account under Options.
Is My Molekule Account the same as my mobile app account?
Your My Molekule Account is not currently linked with the Molekule mobile app. However, if you’ve downloaded the mobile app and used the same email address used to purchase your device, you can log in here with those credentials.
I didn’t buy my device from www.molekule.com. What should I do?
If you purchased your device elsewhere, please contact Customer Service so that we can help you get set up.
Can I create an account without owning a Molekule?
A Molekule account is only available to verified purchasers.
