Creating an account on Molekule.com allows you to easily track your order history and manage your filter auto-refills.
How do I create an account?
If you purchased your devices directly from Molekule.com, an account was automatically created upon purchase. To log into your existing Molekule account, select Account on Molekule.com or visit molekule.com/go/customer/account/login.
If you purchased your device somewhere else such as Sprout SF, b8ta or Amazon, visit our registration page at molekule.com/go/register to set up your account today.
I don’t remember the email address used to create My Account. How can I change it?
Your account is created with the email address you used to purchase the device directly from Molekule. If you can’t find that email address or need to update your email, please contact Customer Service and we can help.
Is my Molekule Account the same as my mobile app account?
Yes! If you’ve downloaded the mobile app, use the same email address and password you login to your account.
Can I create an account without owning a Molekule?
A Molekule account is only available to verified purchasers.
How do I update my email address?
You can easily update your email address after logging into your account:
- Once logged in, click Welcome in the upper-right hand corner and select Profile.
- Select the pencil icon to edit your profile information.
- Select Change email and enter the new email address and the current password.
- Click Save. A confirmation email will be sent to the previous and new email addresses.
