The Molekule Account Portal is your central hub for managing your account, orders, and subscriptions. It gives you control in one convenient place.
When you log in, you can:
Activate, deactivate, or change the renewal date for your filter subscriptions.
Review your order history and monitor the status of past and upcoming orders.
Edit your shipping address, payment methods, and account password.
Track the status of your packages.
If you do not have a subscription, you can purchase one directly at the Online Store by selecting Subscribe & Save at checkout.
Reactivating a Subscription
To reactivate an existing subscription, follow the steps below.
From the Manage subscriptions page, click the Inactive tab.
Select the subscription you want to activate by clicking on Reactivate.
Cancelling a Subscription
To cancel an existing subscription, follow the steps below.
From the Manage subscriptions page, click the Active tab.
Select the subscription you want to cancel by clicking on Cancel.
Rescheduling and Skipping a Subscription
You can change your renewal date (or next shipment date) for any auto-refill to have your next filters ship sooner or later than scheduled. The earliest date you will be able to select is the next day. Orders will only ship Monday - Friday.
From the Manage Subscriptions page, select the filter you would like to reschedule.
Click on Reschedule and select a specific date you would like delay (between 1 or 2 week intervals).
Selecting "Skip" will skip your next subscription order and automatically resume 6 months after the skipped date.
Once selected, A banner on screen and an email will be sent to confirm you have successfully changed the renewal date.
To Update Your Address or Payment
You have two options for updating and managing your payment method and shipping address:
From the Manage Subscriptions page, click Address & Payment Details
Select Manage addresses.
Click on the Add new address button or the Edit button to modify existing addresses.
Please note that updating your payment method or address in the Address & Payment section does not automatically update your auto-refills.
To Update Your Address or Payment for a Subscription
From the Manage Subscriptions page, click View upcoming orders.
Select the Edit button next to the order you would like to update the address of
You will be taken to the order information page, where you can select Edit Address.
Here you can select if you want to update all addresses for all your upcoming orders or change them individually.
A green banner will alert you to your confirmed new shipping address.
To Update Your Payment Method
From the Manage Subscriptions page, select Address and Payment Details.
Select Manage payment methods.
Click the Edit button next to the payment method you would like to edit.
Once here, you’ll be prompted to send an email link where you will be sent instructions on updating your payment method. This is for security reasons to protect your sensitive payment information.
