The window. The 30 days start the day your order is delivered, not the day you place it. Request your return through your Molekule account or help.molekule.com before day 30 and we’ll send a prepaid return label.
We expect the purifier to have been used; that’s the point of a trial. Return it in its original packaging if you still have it, with the power cord, the filter and any accessories that came in the box. Units with damage beyond normal use, or missing components, may be subject to a deduction.
Once the purifier arrives at our warehouse, we inspect it and issue the refund to your original payment method.
Replacement filters opened or used, and any promotional items received with the order need to be returned or will be deducted from the refund. Purchases from Amazon or retail partners follow that retailer’s return policy.
If you set up Subscribe & Save and return the purifier, we’ll cancel the subscription for you; no need to do it separately.
