How does PECO work?
PECO technology uses a proprietary nanocatalyst to destroy pollutants at the molecular level. UV-A light energizes the catalyst, initiating a chemical reaction that generates hydroxyl radicals.
These highly reactive free radicals break down airborne organic pollutants—including VOCs, viruses, bacteria, mold, allergens, and odors—leaving behind harmless trace elements like carbon dioxide and water vapor.
Are PECOAir or PECOAir+ CARB certified?
Yes, both air purifiers are CARB certified.
How often do I replace filters?
To maintain optimal performance and airflow, both PECO-HEPA Advanced filters should be replaced every six months.
What size room is it rated for?
PECOAir and PECOAir+ purifiers are both designed for large, multi-usage rooms up to 875 square feet. Perfect for offices, large bedrooms, living rooms, and open floor plans.
Is it safe to run continuously?
