What are filter auto-refills?
We've designed our filter auto-refill plans to make filter replacement easy and keep your Molekule air purifiers working efficiently. Replacement filters are automatically sent to your door, so you never have to worry about when to reorder them. Auto-refills are charged at the time of shipment. Sign up for filter auto-refills by visiting My Molekule Account. Filter auto-refills are only available for US customers.
How often should filters be replaced?
Molekule Air Pro
- PECO-Filter: every six (6) months
Molekule Air
- Pre-Filter: every three (3) months
- PECO-Filter: every six (6) months
Molekule Air Mini and Mini+
- PECO-Filter: every six (6) months
What is the auto-refill cost, and how frequently will I receive a shipment?
Molekule Air Pro
- Standard PECO - $119.99 per shipment
- PECO-HEPA Tri-Power - $139.99 per shipment
- One (1) PECO-Filter ships every 6 months
- Air Pro auto-refills are not available in Canada
Molekule Air
- $79.99 USD per shipment
- Two (2) Pre-Filters and one (1) PECO-Filter ship every 6 months
Molekule Air Mini and Mini+
- Standard PECO - $119.98 per shipment
- PECO-HEPA Tri-Power - $159.99 per shipment
- Two (2) PECO-Filters ship every 12 months
Managing your auto-refills
You can visit My Molekule Account or log in to the mobile app to manage your auto-refill. Learn more by reading our article - How do I manage my account and auto-refills?
If you require extra filters in addition to those included in your auto-refill, you can purchase them by contacting customer support.
Gifts or Retail Purchases
If you purchased your Molekule from one of our authorized retail partners (Sprout, b8ta, MoMA, Amazon or Best Buy), please visit molekule.com/go/register to register your device.
If you received your Molekule as a gift, please contact customer support to register your device.
I was previously on a yearly subscription for my Molekule Air. Do I need to do anything?
If you were on our yearly filter subscription or renewed your subscription prior to April 1, 2019 and have not completed your entire year, you will continue to receive your filters as previously scheduled. After your yearly subscription has been fulfilled, you will automatically be enrolled in our auto-refill program as long as you have a current payment method on file.
