The Molekule Inner Circle is our way of giving back to our community of clean air advocates. By participating in this program you earn points for every dollar spent on our website along with rewards for sharing your experiences and referring friends. These points can be used to unlock significant discounts on new air purifiers or to reduce the cost of your recurring filter subscriptions.
How to Join the Program
If you have previously purchased a device or filter from our website you are already an Inner Circle member. You do not need to register again. Simply log in using the email address associated with your previous orders to view your points balance.
Select the text that reads Account in the top-right corner of the Molekule home page.
Click Create an Account located in the menu on the left side of the screen.
Locate the "New Customer?" section and click the Sign up link.
Enter your name and email then create a password that includes 8 characters one uppercase letter and one symbol.
Check the box to agree to the Rewards Terms and Conditions.
Press the black Sign Up button to complete your enrollment.
Ways to Earn
We utilize Loyalty Lion to track your engagement across our ecosystem.
Earn points for every $1 spent at the Molekule Online Store.
Earn points by submitting a product review.
Earn points when a friend completes their first purchase using your unique link.
Earn points for following Molekule on Instagram or Facebook.
How to Redeem for Online Store Purchases
Use this method for one-time purchases and for the initial purchase of a new filter subscription. There is no need to generate a code in advance.
Add your desired items to the shopping cart and proceed to the checkout screen.
Ensure you are logged in to your account to view your available points balance.
Locate the Redeem your points for a discount section at the top of the checkout page.
Type the number of points you wish to use into the Enter points to redeem box.
Click the Redeem button located next to the point entry field.
Verify that the Reward applied confirmation message appears in green to see your new total.
How to Apply a Discount to Your Filter Subscription
Follow these steps to move your reward into our Recharge subscription manager for auto-refills.
Open your Molekule account dashboard and click Inner Circle Rewards.
Navigate to Redeem Points and select the reward for Next subscription order.
Click Get reward then Redeem and copy the unique code provided.
Select the Subscription tab on the left then View Upcoming Orders on the right.
Edit your desired subscription then select the Add discount link.
Input your code and click Apply discount.
How to Find Previously Redeemed Codes
Use these steps if you redeemed points for a code in the past but did not use it at checkout.
Log in to your account and navigate to the Inner Circle Rewards page.
Look at the top of the rewards interface and click the Rewards icon featuring a small gift box.
Select the specific reward tile from the list of previously redeemed items.
View the unique discount code and click the copy icon to use it for your current order.
