If you aren't able to log in to your account on Molekule.com, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Clear any cache and cookies from your web browser. Google Chrome is our recommended web browser. See detailed instructions below on how to clear cache and cookies.
- Access the Molekule Account Portal. For Canadian customers, click here.
- Click on the "I forgot my password" link and enter your email address.
Check your email for the reset password request from Molekule. Make sure to check any junk mail or spam folders. Click the reset password button in the email to create a new password. Use at least 8 characters, a lowercase, uppercase and special character.
If you do not receive a password reset email, you may need to create an account on our mobile app first. Once an account is created in the mobile app, you should be able to use the same login details to access the Molekule Account Portal.
