When should I replace my filter?
We recommend replacing the PECO-filter in Air Pro every 6 months when the PECO-Filter status shows Replace or Replace Now on the device or in the mobile app.
How do I replace my filter?
- Push down on center core, turn counterclockwise (to the left) and release. Core will rise on its own. Lift it off.
- Remove used PECO-Filter and discard. Unwrap new PECO-Filter and place in device.
- Align red line inside the shell with red line on core so it falls into place.
- Push down and turn clockwise until it locks into place.
How do I dispose of my used/dirty filter?
Please dispose of them in accordance with your local trash processing procedures. Currently, our filters are not recyclable.
Do I need to reset the filter status in my app?
There is no need to manually reset the filter status in the mobile app. Upon changing the filter, the device will update the status automatically in the app and continue tracking its usage for you.
Why do I need to replace my filter?
Over time the PECO-Filter can become full of dust and hair. This reduces the filter’s effectiveness in trapping and destroying pollutants. Changing the PECO-Filter every 6 months ensures that your device is running efficiently.
