How soon will my order ship?
The vast majority of orders ship the next business day, in rare occasions it may take up to 2-3 business days for orders to ship.
How do I cancel my order?
We are unable to make changes to an order after it has been placed or shipped. If you would like to cancel your order please contact us and we will attempt to contact the shipper to have the order returned to our warehouse if possible. If we are unable to re-route the delivery to our warehouse you can refuse the shipment when it arrives. If you are unable to refuse shipment, then contact us and we will provide return for refund instructions.
Where does Molekule ship?
We currently ship to all 50 US states, excluding US territories.
How do I change the shipping address?
We are unable to make changes to an order after it has been placed or shipped. If you would like to update your address, provide delivery instructions or hold your package for pickup we recommend signing up for FedEx Delivery Manager. Registration is free. Sign up and learn more by clicking here.
How will my order ship?
Orders shipped to US addresses are shipped via FedEx Ground or FedEx SmartPost (for PO and APO addresses). Orders shipped to Canadian addresses ship via Canpar.
How can I track my order?
Once your Molekule air purifier ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
I bought more than one device, will they ship together?
Every device will ship in its own box, and you will receive a separate tracking number for each unit. You can track the status of your shipments by visiting Fedex.com or Canpar (for Canadian orders).
My tracking number shows no information, what do I do?
If your tracking number has no information the package likely hasn't been scanned by the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be updated. If you are still finding no additional details after 24 hours, please contact us for further assistance.
My tracking number says my order was delivered but I haven't actually received my package, what do I do?
If your order was shipped to the wrong address or if you did not actually receive it, please contact us as soon as possible for further assistance.
What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged?
If your shipment arrives damaged or is missing contents, please contact us including photos of the damage as soon as possible so we may file a claim and replace your items.
