Do you offer shipping protection?
No. Currently, Molekule is not selling shipping protection for orders purchased through the online store.
How much is shipping?
We provide free ground shipping in the continental US, including Alaska, for orders that contain devices. FedEx 2-day Air will be used for all orders to Hawaii, and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
If you wish to receive your order more quickly, we offer expedited shipping methods at an additional cost. However, if you decide to return any item for a refund, the cost of expedited shipping incurred during the original purchase will not be refunded.
The cost of expedited shipping varies depending on the shipping address and the items ordered. Taxes and shipping expenses will be calculated during the checkout process.
How soon will my order ship?
The majority of orders will be shipped on the following business day. Shipping may take up to 2-3 business days in rare cases.
How do I update or cancel my order?
If you placed an order within the last 15 minutes, please call us at 855-999-9069 for assistance with your order status. We can inform you if it's possible to update or cancel your order. Once an order is placed or shipped, changes cannot be made to ensure efficient processing.
If you cannot redirect your order back to our warehouse, you can reject the shipment upon delivery. After rejecting, please contact customer service for instructions on returning the order and getting a refund.
You can also sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager, a free service to update your address, provide delivery instructions, or hold your package for pickup.
Where does Molekule ship?
Our shipping services cover all 50 states of the US, excluding US territories.
How do I change the shipping address?
Once an order has been placed or shipped, we cannot make any changes to the shipping address. Instead, we recommend that you sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager. It's a free service that will allow you to update your address, provide delivery instructions, or hold your package for pickup.
Does Molekule ship to APO/Military addresses?
We only ship a-la-carte filters and filter subscriptions to APO and military addresses. We're unable to ship to APO and military addresses for device orders. We recommend using an alternate residential or business address for shipment.
How will my order ship?
Orders shipped to US addresses are shipped via FedEx Ground for devices or FedEx SmartPost for filters.
How do I find my confirmation order?
Your order confirmation can be found in the email inbox you used to place the order. If you are unable to find your order, search for breathe@molekule.com or try checking your “Spam” or “All Mail” folder.
I bought more than one device, will they ship together?
Each of your air purifiers will be shipped separately with its own tracking number.
My tracking number shows no information, what do I do?
If your tracking number does not show any information, it is likely that the carrier has not yet scanned the package. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to be updated. If there is still no update in your tracking information after this time, please contact us for further assistance.
My tracking number says my order was delivered, but I haven't actually received my package, what do I do?
Molekule is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged products after delivery. We encourage all customers to report missing packages 48 hours after the expected delivery date.
If you have a video recording of the stolen package, please send it as an attachment to help us review your lost order.
What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged?
If your shipment arrives damaged or missing contents, please file a claim with the courier and contact us as soon as possible. Include photos of the damage so we can file a claim and replace your items.
