How will my order ship?
All orders ship via FedEx Ground or FedEx SmartPost (for PO and APO addresses).
My order hasn't shipped yet. Can I update my shipping address or cancel my order?
We are unable to make changes to an order after it has been placed or shipped. If you would like to update your address, provide delivery instructions, hold your package for pickup or request a return to sender, we recommend signing up for FedEx Delivery Manager. I bought more than one device, will they ship together?
Every unit will ship in its own box, and you will receive a separate tracking number for each unit. You can track the status of your shipments by visiting Fedex.com.
My tracking number is not working, what do I do?
If your tracking number is not working, the shipping carrier’s system may not have updated yet or the package was not scanned or picked up yet. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be updated. If you are still finding no additional details after 24 hours, please contact us for further assistance.
My tracking number says my order was delivered but I haven't actually received my package, what do I do?
If your order was shipped to the wrong address or if you did not actually receive it, please contact us as soon as possible for further assistance.
