Pairing brings your phone, purifier, and home Wi-Fi together. Start with the app, then check your connection and permissions. Work through the steps in order and keep your phone beside the purifier until setup finishes.
Helpful Tip: Check the network password carefully. Capital letters, numbers, and symbols need to match.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Update the Molekule app through your phone’s app store.
- Check that your phone can open a webpage on your private home Wi-Fi, then enable Bluetooth.
- Check that the purifier is plugged in, awake, and near the router with its air openings clear.
- Allow the Molekule app’s requested nearby-device, Bluetooth, local-network, or location permissions in your phone’s settings.
- Close and reopen the app, then sign in to your Molekule account.
- Restart the setup prompts for the correct purifier model. Select your home network and carefully enter its password.
- Keep the app open until pairing finishes. On PECOAir+, leave power connected while a displayed update or restart completes.
- If pairing still fails, record the exact message and the step where it stopped. Contact Molekule Customer Service with that information and your phone type
Care & Support Guidelines
Keep genuine PECO-HEPA Advanced filters installed. If pairing still stops, visit help.molekule.com with the message and your phone type. Don't share your network password. For warranty coverage and exclusions, see the limited warranty information at molekule.com.
If the issue continues, have a screen recording ready when you contact Customer Service. Show where setup stops or the connection message appears. Keep your Wi-Fi password and other private information out of the recording. Use your phone's photo app to create a cloud sharing link, if available, rather than emailing a large attachment. Check that the link opens for someone you share it with, and have it ready to send. This helps us see the issue and get you to the next step faster.
