Your purifier keeps cleaning in its current mode when Wi-Fi drops. The connection brings its readings and remote controls back to the app. Start by checking your home network and the signal where your purifier sits.
Helpful Tip: Try a spot closer to the router while keeping the air openings clear. Distance and walls can weaken Wi-Fi.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Check that your phone can open a webpage using the same home Wi-Fi.
- Check the purifier’s power connection. Leave it plugged in during the connection check.
- On PECOAir+, open the Wi-Fi setting and enable Wi-Fi if it is disabled.
- Unplug the purifier before moving it closer to the router. Set it on a stable floor with clear air openings, then reconnect power.
- Close and reopen the Molekule app. Check whether the purifier reconnects.
- If other devices also lose Wi-Fi, restart your router using its manufacturer’s instructions and wait for home internet to return.
- If only the purifier continues disconnecting, note when this happens and any message shown, then contact Molekule Customer Service.
Care & Support Guidelines
Keep genuine PECO-HEPA Advanced filters installed. If disconnects continue, tell us whether the purifier reconnects near the router and whether other devices lose Wi-Fi too. Find us at help.molekule.com. For warranty coverage and exclusions, see the limited warranty information at molekule.com.
If the issue continues, have a screen recording ready when you contact Customer Care. Show where setup stops or the connection message appears. Keep your Wi-Fi password and other private information out of the recording. Use your phone's photo app to create a cloud sharing link, if available, rather than emailing a large attachment. Check that the link opens for someone you share it with, and have it ready to send. This helps us see the issue and get you to the next step faster.
