A quick tap wakes the controls for everyday adjustments. If the top panel or touchscreen doesn't respond, check the app settings, clean the surface with a dry cloth, and restart power. Here's the order to follow.
Helpful Tip: On PECOAir+, Child Lock disables touchscreen adjustments. You can turn it off in the Molekule app.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Tap the center control on PECOAir or the touchscreen on PECOAir+ to wake it.
- Open your purifier in the Molekule app. On PECOAir+, turn off Child Lock if it is enabled.
- Use a dry cloth to gently remove surface dust from the top control.
- Check for an update message on PECOAir+. Leave power connected until any update and restart finish. Otherwise, unplug the purifier from the wall, reconnect its supplied power supply, and let startup finish.
- Tap the top control again and choose a fan speed.
- If the control is still unresponsive or an error appears, write down the message or number and contact Molekule Customer Service.

If the issue continues, have a short video ready when you contact Customer Service. Include the sound, indicator lights, or display message that shows what's happening. Don't restart an unsafe device just to record it. Use your phone's photo app to create a cloud sharing link, if available, rather than emailing a large attachment. Check that the link opens for someone you share it with, and have it ready to send. This helps us see the issue and get you to the next step faster.
