Your MAC address identifies your purifier on your Wi-Fi network. It's useful when your router asks which devices are allowed to connect. Your router's connected-device list is one place to look; the MAC address is different from your purifier's serial number.
Helpful Tip: Keep the purifier connected while you check the router's device list. Don't copy your phone's MAC address by mistake.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Open the app or settings page you normally use to manage your home router.
- Open the list of connected devices. Your router may call this its device list or client list.
- Look for the entry associated with your Molekule purifier. Don't use your phone’s MAC address.
- Open that device entry and copy the MAC address, keeping all letters and numbers in order.
- If you cannot identify the correct entry, ask Molekule Customer Care or your router provider for help before changing any network access rules.
