Your serial number identifies your individual purifier. Keep it handy when you contact Customer Care so we can help with the right device. On PECOAir+, you'll find it under Device Details on the touchscreen.
Helpful Tip: Save the number with your purchase confirmation so you won't need to look for it again.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Check your product packaging for a label marked Serial Number or S/N. Copy the number exactly if it is shown.
- For PECOAir+, tap the touchscreen and use the arrows to reach Settings. Open Device Details to view the serial number.
- Write down the serial number, keeping letters, numbers, and hyphens in the same order.
- If you cannot locate the number for your purifier, contact Molekule Customer Care with your model and purchase information for help identifying it.
