If your humidifier is powered on but not producing mist, check your humidity settings. Glow is designed to add moisture, not remove it. It is a humidifier, not a dehumidifier.
If your room's current humidity (e.g., 65%) is higher than your target setting (e.g., 45%), Glow will intelligently pause mist production. This prevents your room from becoming soggy or over-humidified.
Glow will remain in Standby until your room's air naturally dries out and drops below your target setting. Once it detects the air is dry (e.g., 44%), it will automatically wake up and resume misting to maintain the balance.
