Use these simple checks to if your unit is unresponsive.
Safety Check
The Glow unit won't turn on if the water tank is empty to prevent damage and ensure safety. If your Glow is unresponsive, first check that the tank has enough water. Without water, it won't operate or produce mist.
The "Max Fill" Check
Ensure the water level in the tank doesn’t exceed the max fill line. Overfilling stops the ultrasonic plate from vibrating properly, which is needed to create mist. If this happens, pour out some water until below the max line and restart the unit to restore mist production.
