Before you begin troubleshooting, please ensure that your Molekule is powered on and that you are able to control the device from the touchscreen.
Also, ensure that the Bluetooth on your phone is turned on.
Please try the below steps for quick resolution:
1) Is your device already assigned to someone else?
Please follow the detailed steps here to resolve this.
2) Is the app is not detecting your device when you click on “pair”?
When you click on “pair” in the app, you should see a list of Molekule devices that are around you and available for pairing. If you do not see your device on the list, please unplug and re-plug the device.
Click on “pair” again. If you still don't see your device, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
3) Are you getting an error message that says "Device is out of range"?
Please ensure that you are in a close physical vicinity of the device when you are trying to pair with it.
If you are next to your device and are still seeing this error, please unplug and re-plug the device. If you still get the error message, please reach out to us at email@example.com.

Please note that our iOS app works iPhone 5 and above. If you are using an older version of the device or iOS, you may face issues with Bluetooth pairing. Nevertheless, please reach out to us and we will try our best to provide a resolution.
